The VO2max Test is performed on a treadmill or cycle ergometer, with the athlete gradually increasing intensity until maximal effort. During the test, a gas analyzer measures oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production.
The Body Composition Test (BIA) is carried out with the subject lying down while a low-intensity electrical current passes through the body via electrodes, to determine lean mass, fat mass and other parameters.
The Stress & Recovery Test (PPG) uses optical sensors to monitor heart rate variability and the balance between stress and recovery.
Functional Movement Screening analyzes movement patterns to identify dysfunctions and areas for improvement.
Strength tests with VALD force plates (SJ, CMJ, IMTP) measure the athlete’s strength and power.
The Consultation with Personalized Training Program consists of an evaluation of test results and individual needs, followed by the creation of a tailored training plan to optimize performance and reach specific goals.
