How it works
HumanTrak by VALD analyzes your movement biomechanics in 3D. We assess different exercises, such as jumps and multi‑joint movements, and evaluate balance, strength and movement strategies. The collected data are processed to provide an accurate picture of stability and movement dynamics, helping to identify postural dysfunctions and injury risk.
