How it works
VALD ForceDecks force plates measure the force applied to the sensors during different exercises, such as jumps and multi‑joint movements. The sensors detect vertical and horizontal forces to analyze balance, strength and movement strategies. The collected data are processed to provide an accurate assessment of stability and movement dynamics, helping to identify postural issues and injury risk.
